Further information on the International Student Program reforms

In February 5, 2024 Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada published the notice to clarify the announcement made by the Minister on January 22, 2024 which includes:

1. Cap and provincial attestation letter
2. Post-graduation work permit (PGWP) update for graduates of master’s degree programs
3. PGWP eligibility for public-private partnership college programs
4. Changes to open work permit eligibility for spouses
